The Federal Multifield Medical Center deals with the treatment of almost all main nosological forms of diseases. The Medical Center (hereinafter referred to as the Center) is one of the biggest health care facilities of St. Petersburg and the Northwestern Federal District, which has been well-known among the specialists and patients since Soviet period when it was a departmental institution. The Federal Multifield Medical Center was established in 2000 basing on the departmental medical center.Main activities of the Center cover: general surgery (including endo video surgery), endocrinology and endocrine surgery, oncology, phlebology, cardiovascular surgery, purulent surgery, mammology, gynecology, urology, traumatology and neurosurgery, cardiology, gastroenterology, rheumatology, neurology, hematology and others.
