At the end of 2005 Dom Company faced the problem of improvement of the system for motivating hypermarket production department employees. It turned out that the existing system of labor remuneration and bonus payment failed to take into account certain aspects of labor organization and remuneration essential for this personnel category. The company's top and middle management search for a solution and an efficient combination of organizational and individual motivators for different personnel groups. Presented for analysis are data of a survey into organization of labor, personnel motivation and stimulation influencing production personnel turnover.
