This case study addresses the ethical implications of football players in the National Football League (NFL) sacrificing their health in order to retain their jobs. The organization itself has done little to prevent the serious health problems that its players and ex-players are now facing. Readers are asked to discuss the balance of responsibility between players and the organization, in addition to the steps that can be taken to reduce this problem.
