Onlineresurser: Unique Improvements is a British nonprofit organisation working to help eliminate issues of struggling local communities. The "Worklessness Collaborative Programme" was a programme that was introduced in 2009 to reduce overall levels of worklessness in target communities in northeast Lincolnshire, England. The programme, which engaged locals wanting to improve employability in the area, also strived to help eradicate child poverty in two areas which have the highest levels of deprivation and the highest levels of claimants in receipt of incapacity benefit and Job Seeker Allowance. The marketing team performed a marketing mix to analyse and present a detailed report based on their research. Finally, we are presented with an overview of the programme's application and its most challenging aspects.
