This case study follows the international security systems company, Tyco, as it underwent total transformation in terms of corporate governance and corporate structure. Such drastic change was necessary after CEO, Dennis Kozlowski, was ousted as a result of his excessive spending of company money on personal luxuries. The firm, which was 100 days from bankruptcy, is now on solid financial ground as a result.
