Ämnen: Onlineresurser: Sammanfattning: Currently, home care is defined as the set of biopsychosocial activities carried out by an interdisciplinary team, the literature shows that mixed educational interventions are effective when they include promotion, prevention, treatment and rehabilitation contents to detect, support and follow up the health and social problems of the user and his family, all this to enhance autonomy and improve the patient's quality of life. This makes this issue of utmost importance, since thanks to home care, the most vulnerable patients can have a better quality of life for their disease, always counting on a 24-hour support with the availability of a caregiver. For this reason, it is significant to educate and train caregivers of patients with respiratory conditions, thus promoting good care practices in the home environment, betting on the reduction of iatrogenic or complications due to lack of knowledge.Sammanfattning: Actualmente, la atención domiciliaria se define como el conjunto de actividades biopsicosociales realizadas por un equipo interdisciplinario, la literatura muestra que las intervenciones educativas mixtas son efectivas cuando incluyen contenidos de promoción, prevención, tratamiento y rehabilitación para detectar, apoyar y realizar el seguimiento de los problemas tanto de salud, como sociales del usuario y su familia, todo ello para potenciar la autonomía y mejorar la calidad de vida del paciente. Lo que hace de este tema de suma importancia, ya que gracias a la atención domiciliaria los pacientes más vulnerables pueden tener una mejor calidad de vida para su enfermedad, contando siempre con un soporte de apoyo las 24 horas del día con la disposición de un cuidador. Por tal motivo es significativo educar y entrenar a los cuidadores de pacientes con afecciones respiratorias, fomentando con ello las buenas prácticas del cuidado en el ambiente domiciliario, apostando a la reducción de iatrogenias o complicaciones por desconocimiento.

Actualmente, la atención domiciliaria se define como el conjunto de actividades biopsicosociales realizadas por un equipo interdisciplinario, la literatura muestra que las intervenciones educativas mixtas son efectivas cuando incluyen contenidos de promoción, prevención, tratamiento y rehabilitación para detectar, apoyar y realizar el seguimiento de los problemas tanto de salud, como sociales del usuario y su familia, todo ello para potenciar la autonomía y mejorar la calidad de vida del paciente.
