The processes of Tourist Research in present times are of a multidisciplinary nature, though on some occasions, they are not represented in a documented manner. In this journey of reflexive thinking, the reader is invited to appropriate material, intangible, and natural reality. This compilation has Tourism as main research interest of Tourism, to heritage, and to innovation that happen at present. Heritage is born and is built with the acknowledgment of what is worth keeping to represent the world we live in. Tourism looks to absorb memorable moments, designing different experiences, while innovation supports the design of diverse and creative strategies. Thus, in this book, different problematics are shown for the analysis of what should be, live, and share that which we call heritage.

Los procesos de investigación turística en la actualidad son de carácter multidisciplinario, aunque en ocasiones no se ven representados de manera documentada. En este viaje de pensamiento reflexivo se invita al lector a apropiarse de la realidad material, inmaterial y natural. Este compendio tiene como principal interés investigativo al turismo, al patrimonio y a la innovación que se da en la actualidad. El patrimonio nace y se hace con el reconocimiento de lo que vale la pena mantener para significar el mundo en donde se vive. El turismo busca absorber momentos memorables, diseñando experiencias diferentes, mientras la innovación apoya al diseño de estrategias creativas y diferentes. Así, en el presente libro se despliegan diversas problemáticas para el análisis de lo que debiera ser, vivir, convivir y compartir eso que llamamos patrimonio.
