Subject(s): Online resources: In: Summary: The contribution aims to describe the so-called Atena model, a tool to support the judge, aimed at: a) enabling him to better exercise his powers of management and direction in the context of individual litigation, including facilitating him in the study of the case; b) enabling him to rationally plan his overall workload. The proposed model is characterized by three complementary elements: the trial timeline, the organizational folder and the file sheet, packaged and updated by the trial clerk and made available to the judge. These tools are designed to adapt to the peculiarities of individual disputes and have been developed in such a way that they interact with each other. The functioning of the model assumes continuous collaboration and exchange between judges and trial clerks.
