The present Special Issue focuses on the management of spinal deformity, including contributions from international experts. Points of discussion include nonoperative management, instrumentation level determination, and complication prediction (e.g., infection and durotomy). Though far from being all-encompassing, this Special Issue aims to highlight ongoing areas of investigation in the management of spine deformity and should be of interest to those practicing within this field.
