The purpose of this book is the study of the issue of the administration of foreign goods and the consequent accountability that has only had partial treatments, recognizing the existence of different types of accountability, determined by the class of the operations carried out and byThe legal nature of the relations that originate this obligation. The legal institutions from which the accountability follows, which with the exception of guardianship and the "ab intestate" succession, especially considered in the Civil Procedure Law, barely extends the legislator on such obligation, limiting himself,If perhaps, to establish it by assuming what it consists of. The purpose pursued has been to treat, under a unitary concept, the accountability enforceable in cases of administration of foreign goods; That is, to seek its common and fundamental notes, since there is not yet a general regime of application to all cases of accountability, it is not impossible to discover, in the different cases in which it occurs, certain common elements and characters. It should be noted the absence of specific bibliography that unitaryly treat accountability, since when studyThat for his study he has been supported by the jurisprudence from which valuable teachings have been taken, since, when facing the specific case, they use induction, achieving a general rule, or part of it, presupposing a previous ideaLighting under the principles that inspire the law, and constitutive of general principles of law. Finally, I want to show my thanks to two distinguished teachers, whose memory I bring here up.To Dr. D. Manuel Batlle Vázquez, Professor of Civil Law at the University of Murcia, who was director of my doctoral thesis, an initial embryo of this book. And Dr. D. Manuel Albaladejo García, Professor of Civil Law of the Complutense University of Madrid for his interest in the publication of the aforementioned thesis, which was published under his auspices in the publishing house of Private Law Magazine (Edersa).Leaving my thanks to both teachers also for their influence and help in my academic training, in which they left deep mark.
