From the point of view of the social psychology of health, the project "Sowing love" was born, which tries to solve the psychological problems presented by gynecological-obstetrical patients because of the covid-19 pandemic and in a condition of hospitalization in a nursing institution. Third and fourth level health of the city of Cali to favor their adaptation to the hospital environment. The objective of this work is to design, implement and evaluate a psychological intervention program to favor the adaptation to the hospital environment in women gynecologists in a third and fourth level health institution in the city of Cali, it has a mixed method, in which its development in the field was carried out in the periods 2021-2 and 2022-1 with the participation of 378 patients. The results show a positive impact on the mental health of women hospitalized in times of covid-19 and their companions who appear as support networks.

Desde el punto de vista de la psicología social de la salud nace el proyecto "Sembrando amor" que intenta resolver las problemáticas psicológicas que presentan las pacientes ginecobstetras a raíz de la pandemia por covid-19 y en condición de hospitalización en una institución de salud de tercer y cuarto nivel de la ciudad de Cali con el fin de favorecer su adaptación al medio hospitalario. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo diseñar, implementar y evaluar un programa de intervención psicológica para favorecer la adaptación al medio hospitalario en mujeres ginecobstetras en una institución de salud de tercer y cuarto nivel de la ciudad de Cali, cuenta con un marco legal como respaldo para la realización de las actividades se llevó a cabo en los periodos 2021-2 y 2022-1 con la participación de 378 pacientes con diversos diagnósticos como: preeclampsia, diabetes gestacional, Interrupción voluntaria de embarazo (IVE), Virus de inmunodeficiencia humana (VIH), embarazos de alto riesgo, tumores, etc. También se contó con la participación de acompañantes y/o familiares de las hospitalizadas. Los resultados muestran un impacto positivo a la salud mental de las mujeres hospitalizadas en tiempos de covid-19 favoreciendo su adaptación al medio hospitalario y sus acompañantes que figuran como redes de apoyo.
