The subject of documentary techniques and methods in scientific research is of a nature and facilitates the instruction in different tools and techniques from the perspective of the sciences of documentation that facilitate the initiation of research in the field of publication and scientific dissemination in science in scienceof health. The development of this will allow the student to acquire skills in bibliographic-documentary management of an academic-scientific nature. The first part is oriented to the research approach and its materialization in the documentary process with the definition of key terminology and establishment of search equations that allow an exhaustivity in bibliographic recovery in the main sources of academic-scientific information. Subsequently, the structure, style, standardization and requirements for the elaboration of academic-scientific documents and its possible publication, as well as the need for the disposition of a digital identity of the careful and updated researcher.In addition, the student will have the ability to assess the different options for the publication of their research results based on indications and indicators of editorial quality.
