This volume presents a summary of the activities carried out by the PRIN TALENTED (Teaching And LEarning effectiveness to promote studeNT achievement and prEvent school Dropout) research project, promoted by an inter-university partnership involving the Universities of Cagliari, Pegaso, and Molise, funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) – Mission 4 'Education and Research'. – Component 2 'From Research to Business' Investment 1.1 'Fund for the National Research Program and Projects of Significant National Interest (PRIN)'. The project aimed to better understand certain aspects of the complex issue of early school leaving and, more specifically, to explore the possibility of combating it by focusing, in particular, on the work that can be done in schools.

Questo volume presenta una sintesi delle attività svolte dal progetto di ricerca PRIN TALENTED (Teaching And LEarning effectiveness to promote studeNT achievement and prEvent school Dropout), promosso da un partenariato interuniversitario che coinvolge gli Atenei di Cagliari, Pegaso e Molise sui fondi del Piano Nazionale di Ripresa e Resilienza (PNRR) – Missione 4 'Istruzione e Ricerca' – Componente 2 'Dalla Ricerca all'Impresa' Investimento 1.1 'Fondo per il Programma Nazionale di Ricerca e Progetti di Rilevante Interesse Nazionale (PRIN)'. Il progetto aveva l'obiettivo di comprendere meglio alcuni aspetti del complesso tema della dispersione scolastica e, più precisamente, di sondare la possibilità di contrastarla intervenendo, in particolare, sul lavoro che può essere svolto a scuola.
