To illustrate the points discussed in the previous three chapters, this final section presents a concrete example, involving the production of occlusal splints for orthognathic surgery in the maxillofacial surgery department of Nantes University Hospital. The digital workflow, choice of equipment, organization of premises and logistics are described in detail, before we look at the many elements that make up the certification file, enabling compliance with recent regulatory requirements. Finally, we provide insights into the financial aspects of the project.

Afin d'illustrer les éléments apportés par les trois chapitres précédents, cette dernière partie vient présenter un exemple concret, avec la production de gouttières occlusales en chirurgie orthognathique au sein du service de chirurgie maxillo-faciale du CHU de Nantes. On y détaillera le flux numérique, le choix du matériel, l'organisation des locaux, la logistique, avant de s'attarder sur les nombreux éléments constituant le dossier de certification permettant d'être en conformité avec les exigences règlementaires récentes. Nous présenterons enfin un aperçu de l'aspect financier de ce projet.
