Ämnen: Onlineresurser: Sammanfattning: This Reprint, "Advanced Manufacturing and Assembly Technology for Aerospace Production Systems", is hosted by Machines' "Advanced Manufacturing" section (ISSN 2075-1702), and co-edited by Dr. Feiyan GUO (USTB) and Dr. Zhengping CHANG (NWPU). It focuses on breakthroughs and trends in aerospace manufacturing, serving as a global platform for academic exchange and advancement. The field of aerospace manufacturing, integrating multiple disciplines, determines product performance, R&D, and reliability, leading the equipment manufacturing industry. This Special Issue collects high-value original research, covering composite manufacturing, digital intelligent manufacturing, assembly accuracy control, etc. It collects a total of nine papers, including an integrated framework solving aircraft rivet interference fit (max relative deviation 9.75%); a compensation algorithm reducing 15m CFRP component curing deformation to ≤0.99mm; and a rigid-flexible coupling analysis addressing weak-rigid component assembly errors. Other achievements include 6D chain modeling (aero-engine casing error <8.3%), VR human–robot disassembly training, ORB-SLAM3-based vision processing (42.4 FPS), and modular tooling (design time from days to 10 mins). This Special Issue provides the latest progress and technology development, and promotes international cooperation for aerospace researchers and engineers.
