The book presents a detailed analysis of civil liability and the compensation phenomenon in the courts of justice of Huancavelica. Its main purpose is to examine how the compensation process is developed in cases of contractual and non-contractual liability, considering the Peruvian legal regulations and their application in the judicial field. The work is structured in four chapters beginning with the research problem, its objectives and theoretical, social and methodological justification, and then proceeding to develop the theoretical framework, addressing historical background, doctrines and the scientific bases of civil liability. In addition, the methodology used is explained, including the research design, the selection of the sample and the methods of analysis. Finally, the results obtained are presented, discussing the main hypotheses and conclusions, highlighting the need to unify criteria in the application of civil liability. Through a theoretical and empirical approach, the authors propose solutions to the legal problems identified, providing tools to improve the administration of justice in compensation cases.

El libro presenta un análisis detallado sobre la responsabilidad civil y el fenómeno indemnizatorio en los tribunales de justicia de Huancavelica. Su propósito principal es examinar cómo se desarrolla el proceso resarcitorio en casos de responsabilidad contractual y extracontractual, considerando la normativa legal peruana y su aplicación en el ámbito judicial. La obra se estructura en cuatro capítulos iniciando con el problema de investigación, sus objetivos y justificación teórica, social y metodológica, para luego proceder a desarrollar el marco teórico, abordando antecedentes históricos, doctrinas y las bases científicas de la responsabilidad civil. Además, se explica la metodología utilizada, incluyendo el diseño de la investigación, la selección de la muestra y los métodos de análisis. Finalmente, se presenta los resultados obtenidos, discutiendo las principales hipótesis y conclusiones, donde se resalta la necesidad de unificar criterios en la aplicación de la responsabilidad civil. A través de un enfoque teórico y empírico, los autores proponen soluciones a la problemática jurídica identificada, aportando herramientas para mejorar la administración de justicia en casos de indemnización.
