Leadership as a concept and its practical application has given rise to extensive research that is continually being enriched. Traditionally, its study focused on the political field and business organizations; currently, talking about leadership is part of daily conversation in any social environment, forming an extensive field for free discussion. This book addresses a very specific perspective: leadership in a philanthropy organization, taking as a reference the International Association of Lions Clubs, a century-old organization whose aid and social welfare programs are applied worldwide. We do not have an academic work here, the author clarifies this in the prologue, his intention is to stimulate the exchange of knowledge, through the contribution of very personal reflections on some elements that can contribute to the formation of a comprehensive, ethical and transcendent leadership, whose influence extends beyond the organization, and plays a positive role for a better society
