Medulloblastoma is an important disease model for modern oncology. Treatment paradigms have significantly improved since the identification of the disease, and modern imaging and biomarker analysis have promoted the re-categorization of the disease to carefully place patients into clinical trials that reflect the anticipated outcome for each subset of the disease. Investigators will continue to strive to optimize therapy for this vulnerable patient population and constantly revisit outcomes to balance process improvements for disease control while limiting the sequelae of management. In this book, we present modern management aspects and strategies for therapy's future direction. It is our privilege to present this work to you.
