The main problem undertaken in the conducted research was a reflection on how the current offer of journalism, communication and media studies in Poland presents itself. An interesting aspect was how universities differentiate their faculties in the subject of naming and differentiation of the study offer. The aim of the analyses was to find out what names the above-mentioned fields of study are called and, consequently, with which areas they are combined. The analyses were based on lists of fields of study obtained from the official services of the relevant ministry.
