Can a rural and agricultural territory, with chronic water stress, economic contraction, and youth emigration, be transformed into an eco-cultural tourist destination of national and international interest? This book offers concrete proposals based on the identification, visibility, and appreciation of its identity and heritage. It proposes the creation of the Lapis Lazuli Route, the strengthening of the Ancestral Pisqueras Route, and the integration of heritage restaurants and hotels. The aim is to raise awareness of the unique value of natural and cultural heritage, with all its potential to create a unique and highly interesting tourist destination.
