La investigación que desarrollo, se realiza desde el funcionalismo, para tratar de demostrar que partiendo de principios como la dignidad prevista en el artículo 25 de la Constitución Política, así como del derecho a ser, el derecho a pertenecer y el derecho a acceder, se configuran elementos que se incorporan en la tutela del desarrollo integral de las personas y grupos de personas.
