The image of the genius, of the creator, of the artist, has undoubtedly been one of the most relevant issues of artistic literature and one, in turn, of the most suggestive lines of research for the historian of art. The social transcendence of his personality, as a consequence of his talent to generate beauty or recreator of worldthat surrounded him and of which he was part, even the most nimic domestic or private details. The biographies and portraits of artists, whether they were the latter individualized or in a broader professional or family context, arose, precisely, from the fame and social position they were achieving. His way of dressing, the elements that were part of their daily life, the workshop or the workshop in which they worked, the people who frequented, the books they read, the ideal image that they tried to give of them or the stories that through thetimes were praising their exploits, revealing aspects of their personality beyond those who could discover their own works, are fundamental issues, of a deep significance, to discover the details that strengthened their ingenuity and innovative capacity under a certain image andappearance.
