Ämnen: Onlineresurser: Sammanfattning: From January 26 to 28, 2023, coorganized by the New Water Culture Foundation and the University of Murcia, the XII Iberian Congress of Water Management and Planning was held under the motto "Looking at the rivers from the sea: old and newDebates for a fair water transition. "During the Congress, different conferences were held and a hundred works were presented. This monograph includes all the investigations presented of an academic nature and/or experiences around the thematic areas of Congress. This edition of the Congress intended to highlight an essential and mostly ignored aspect in water policy: the absence of a real integration of transition and coastal waters within the general planning of hydrographic demarcations. Together all contributions made converge in a general conclusion: the increasingly urgent need, to promote fair water management to adapt to climate change and recover the good condition of water ecosystems, including transition waters, coastal andmarinas, from an advanced and participatory water governance. The main conclusions of each thematic area are presented below.
