The purpose of this document is to provide basic elements for the design and development of educational content in electronic format for subsequent assembly on the MOODLE platform and its configuration for the distance educational modality. It is described for teaching staff, instructional design, graphic designers, copy editors and for WebMaster technical staff responsible for positioning the content for use in training actions. The information in this document is based on the general process of construction of content that is most widely accepted in Mexico, given the technological availability and construction of virtual spaces. Its development process is based on teaching models and psychopedagogical theories of learning construction processes with an inclusive reflection for the diverse perspectives of users at different educational levels.
