It addresses architecture, cultural issues and their relationship with heritage. Such as family-scale housing with housing and its typological analysis in distant realities that provide a look at the three classic natural regions of Peru or the case of underground spaces in the viceroyalty context with crypts and catacombs that are very necessary in the ceremonial religious conception. The influence of mixed or public management in monumental urban areas of the Historic Center of Cusco is also presented, where the analysis shows successful interventions and disastrous and irreparable losses, which compromise the patrimonial rights of future generations. In that sense, training university students with relevance and identity is encouraging, so that they can be defenders of the university and social heritage, along with its preservation and enjoyment according to contemporary needs. We think that it is vital in the exercise of research that we approach the creation of past generations through sensitivity to heritage culture, with the commitment to contribute not only to the scientific community but to society.
