Alongside a critical overview of the common narratives in Haushofer, Bachmann and Cixous reception, this study analyses selected motifs from the authors' texts and sheds light on the economies of their writing processes as well as those of the manuscripts and typoscripts of Die Mansarde and Das Buch Franza.
