The development of knowledge in the field of e-commerce and the growing interest in issues from practitioners, students and business consultants is clearly visible in recent years. E-commerce projects play an important role, sometimes crucial in the functioning of an organization. The purpose of this article is to present strategic considerations and e-commerce management in newly created enterprises. The impact in the concept of organizational strategy is visible, among others, in expanding the scope of modern e-commerce by the issues of the role of this type of projects in implementing the strategy and ensuring the coherence of the organization's strategic goals and project goals.
