In 21st century Peru, the historical validity of the University Reform of Córdoba, ignoring its importance in the evolution of universities during the 20th century. The figure of Víctor Raúl Haya de la Torre, first president of the Federation of Students of Peru and representative of the agreements of the First Congress of Students in Cusco, increases when remembering his impeccable participation in the days of the Reformation and its relationship with the birth in Peru of reformist consciousness, which were the origin of the pages of conquest by the most important political and social rights of the time and that last until our days.
